Screening Room (Event)
*PLEASE NOTE* : This pricing is for those without a valid proof of insurance. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID PROOF OF INSURANCE, AN EMMEDIA FACILITY SUPERVISOR MUST BE PRESENT DURING YOUR EVENT UNLESS OTHERWISE NEGOTIATED. 100% of the cost of your booking goes to the facility supervisor overseeing your event. You are charged $20/hr for up to 8 hours of facility use (3 hour booking minimum).
Our screening room is a black painted room equipped with several features ready to use. We suggest you schedule a viewing of the space prior to booking it for the first time.

1 x Emotiva Sound System
48 x Black Chairs (Available for Setup)
1 x Black Carpet (12 x 12)

Shortly after you book our screening room, you will be sent a contract to sign agreeing to our terms of use and our $200 security deposit requirement. You must have this contract (signed) and your security deposit back to us no later than 48 hrs prior to your booking date. If this does not fall on our business hours, you are required to send us your signed contract no later than the last business day prior to your booking. Once this happens, we will confirm your booking.
You are required to pay for your rental at the end of your booking. The facility supervisor will guide you through this process. We accept Paypal, Cheque, Cash, Debit or Credit. We do not accept e-transfer payments.
